Rene Rincon, News Anchor, Talk Show Host, Speaker, Author, Image Consultant

René Rincón is a recognized Latino sports journalist and image consultant professional.  Born in Caracas, Venezuela on July 16, 1962, he studied at the Center for the Media Arts in New York City.  He went back to Venezuela to begin a successful career in the media business of his country.  His experience includes the coverage of over 200 international events, such as the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games, The FIFA World Cup and the MLB All Star Game.  Rene’s work has been recognized with over 20 prestigious awards including Program of the year, Journalist of the year, Person of the year and the Good Citizen Award.

His experience as a Public Relations Specialist began in 2005 Providing Public Relations services and Image consultation for Major League Baseball (MLB) player Bobby Abreu. Rene is also the Public Relations and Image consultant person for National Basketball Association (NBA) player Greivis Vásquez.

René Rincón is the author of the books “Historias de Los Latinos de Los Phillies” featuring stories about the Latin players, published by the Philadelphia Phillies, and “Historias del Diamante” with stories about baseball from the Major League and the Caribbean League.

At the present time he lives in Flemington, New Jersey, with his family, where he is the correspondent for the Venezuelan largest sports newspaper and other media sources such as Playboy Magazine and El Sol Latino Newspaper.
